HELLOO, I’m Whitney – also known as Whits to my Team, Friends and Family and I’m the founder of Tied with a Knot.
My love for creativity started long before Tied with a Knot. I spent several years as a professional dancer, performing in productions around the world and on cruise ships, which gave me the incredible opportunity to travel, experience different cultures and work alongside some incredibly talented and creative people.
It was through that world that I discovered just how much I loved bringing ideas to life. I’ve been working within the wedding and events industry since 2017 and I officially started Tied with a Knot in 2020. What began as a creative little idea has grown into a team and brand built around beautiful celebrations, thoughtful details and a whole lot of passion and creativity.
Today, our heart lies in weddings and events. From the initial ideas and design process right through to the big day, we love being part of the journey and seeing everything come together. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a beautifully styled wedding, we’re here to take your vision and turn it into something you can actually see, feel and enjoy.
And then there’s our incredible hard working team! We’re a vibrant, hands-on bunch who genuinely love what we do. We take pride in being on the ground, getting stuck in and executing every setup with care, because there’s nothing quite like watching a space transform from an empty room into the celebration our clients have been dreaming about.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with wonderful brides, families, venues, planners and industry professionals, and we’re incredibly proud of the relationships and trust we’ve built along the way.
